After this update, SDA will now be incompatible with other mods that give Serana custom horses/custom horse support, like Convenient Horses (but a patch for that mod will be provided). The script fires off when you've talked to her again right after your second rendezvous (Prophet Quest), - Added SDA_Friendship condition to Serana radiant hobbies dialogue as well as radiant humming, - Reduced probability of sneezes and yawns. Dark Brotherhood faction awareness and quest commentary. With SDA, a player roleplaying as a chaotic neutral/chaotic good character is kept in mind. If she is far behind (beyond hearing/conversation distance) she will be teleported to a spot near the player that they can't see (so sort of like a catchup feature). - Implementation of optional Amorous Adventures patch. Serana will still eventually be attracted to the player (should the player have chosen the romance route) but this will be shown more organically and Serana should come off as less horny and/or player-pandering. If there are mods that do this too, do not use them with SDA- you will break Serana's brain! Serana will no longer interrupt you during Amaund's briefing (Dark Brotherhood commentary), Tweaks to Companions, DB, and CoW commentary SM node entries, Tweaks to Serana's other SM commentary node entries as well, so that they only start when Serana is following you and the relevant quest is running (in addition to the existing Friendship and Dawnguard progress variables), The spell magic effect which tracks cell changes is now removed at the end of completing the CoW and DB quests respectively, SDA Silent Teleport is no longer called when it really doesn't need to be (applied to CoW, DB commentaries mainly), SexLab integration fixed, now native to SDA. This should prevent scene overlap from happening. - More radiant dialogue, occurring at either sunrise or sunset. This should act as a failsafe in case the game doesn't teleport Serana to you after you exit werewolf form for the first time. Big Update! Serana should now properly sleep in any inn with a rentable double bed (The Bannered Mare, Winking Skeever, Braidwood Inn, Old Hroldan Inn, Dead Man's Drink, Moorside Inn)! Also prevents NFF's tavern interactions from firing off during the "Date at the Bannered Mare" quest. A lot of the underlying code has been overhauled, so I don't recommend you install this particular update on an existing save. - Completely redid revoice implementation. | If the banter is not triggering for you for some reason (Serana should speak to Sofia as soon as they meet) try saving, then reloading your save. - More of Serana's ForceGreets shouldn't trigger when the player is in dialogue now. - It is important to note that these quests are optional, and do have different outcomes. If you are on Xbox, only the latter method is available to you. A lot of the beginning College of Winterhold commentaries don't rely on a strong friendship dynamic anyway, narratively speaking. Not going to do a Molag Bal conversation anymore since having it would be redundant, seeing as it's already one of Serana's radiant conversation choices. This has been fixed so that the dialogue will only occur during the proper MQ conversation context. Serana in the vanilla game notes that it felt so good to breathe again after being woken up. Good news; it exists. LL version still to come. Fixes to some scripts for the Companions commentary. And this is not just your typical follower commentary- SDA's quest awareness will be so in-depth, feature-complete, and well-timed, that you would have thought Serana was actually a part of these quests (and didn't just comment on an aspect or two of them on the side). This will be accessible through the Serana Menu. - Added in framework to adjust animation priority and which adult frameworks are selected for romance scenes (disabled for now while I continue to develop the code). Tweaked some of Serana's forcegreet packages (mostly in Serana Romance), for her to run faster towards the player and for them to trigger and longer distances. Same reason as above. It seems to cause more problems and confusion than it's worth. - An ability is now added when the player first enters into a romance with Serana. There are different dialogue options so the player can role-play this in different ways. The base narrative for the Thieves Guild remains unchanged, in addition to vanilla records not needing to be edited. - Removed accidental ITM/Serana NPC record edit. Serana's Drinking Buddies and radiant love forcegreet timers (to start the features) have been changed from 2 to 5 days. No patch plugin needed, SDA should automatically detect when you have said mod installed and Serana is wearing the Ram Horn cuirass. At that point, she's supposed to be force-dismissed from you, but I haven't gotten that to work yet. A patch will be uploaded to the SDA Patch Hub to re-enable this dialogue for those who want this gameplay feature back. - Added conditions to some combat dialogue to ensure they won't fire off unless Serana has warmed up to you a bit. - Added in Papyrus log debug messages for the horse feature, to help troubleshoot additional issues. If Serana wasn't talking with NPCs such as Ysolda, Carlotta, Lisette, etc she should be now! The horse will also follow/teleport to her when it has gotten too far, so no need to worry about horse catch-ups. However, if the player chooses to remain part of the #furryfam- although Serana will disagree with you, this won't be harmful to the player-Serana relationship (as she has come to learn to respect your decisions- despite how the Companions questline brought up some of her past trauma). - New wait dialogue. - A whole lot more subtitle fixes. - The disclaimer message has been changed to a small notification on the top left of the screen. - Daedric Quest commentary for "A Night to Remember", everyone's favorite The Hangover-style quest in Skyrim. I mean- it doesn't make sense for a vampire thousands of years old to only know a measly Vampire Drain and Raise Zombie, right? - Added in an option to equip Serana's default outfit again in the Serana Outfit Menu. Without spoiling anything (as this specific Companions commentary has key story beats for Serana's character) Serana needs to be dismissable, and she isn't during any of these Dawnguard DLC quests. - Serana's lip files should now properly play for the pillow talk dialogue, - Removed unecessary audio files (leftovers from Creation Kit voice processing), - Added in missing Wood Elf and Orc racial commentary, - Added in a missing voice line for one of the conversations, - Fixed conditions for one of the lines in the Cyrodillic Brandy conversation, - Fixed issue where Ysoldas lip movements wouldnt play for some lines during the Serana Date quest, - Added in a missing voicefile for Ysolda.
